Coming to the point, I see following keys are not useful (in the currently active tool) - q w f z x c
Here too, w may be left out for व् though there is v also, but new users will always be tempted to use either of the two. f may be kept for फ् for similar reason.
Now q, z, x, and c are really available for other Devanagari letters. x may remain for क्ष. Now, q, z and c : <br>
