Hello, this is my first day. I live in Mn, U.S.A. Is it illegal if I float a non-profit group in India and offer like Rs.1/- per word in sanskrit that gets published in wiki, there are lot of sanskritists in Bangalore who will love to publish but are also on the low end of finances. roopa
